CS Indosat (StarOne), Tunggu 3 x 24 Jam Sampai Kiamat

Sudah hampir seminggu terakhir layanan internet StarOne bermasalah. StarOne yang memang terkenal lambat semakin parah bahkan tidak bisa terhubung ke internet sama sekali padahal signal tetap penuh.

Kadang internet memang berjalan normal tetapi tidak lama setelah itu, koneksi kembali terputus. Bahkan sempat beberapa hari, hampir semua produk google termasuk blogger tidak bisa diakses.

Saya pun mencoba curhat ke customer service indosat. Suaranya mereka memang bagus tapi tidak sebagus pelayannannya. Saya melaporkan keadaan yang saya alami dan saya diminta menunggu 3 x 24 jam untuk mereka perbaiki dan saya akan dihubungi. Tetapi setelah 3 x 24 jam berlalu suara merdu dari customer service indosat tidak juga menghubungi saya dan koneksi internet masih saja bermasalah.
